Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of StatTrail. By using StatTrail, creating an account, saving favorites, or requesting notifications, users agree to these Terms.

StatTrail Service

StatTrail provides search, viewing, favorites, and notification tools for publicly available athlete, team, schedule, roster, and statistics information. StatTrail is not an official athletics department, school, league, or statistics provider unless expressly stated.

Accounts

Users may be required to create a free account to save favorites, set notifications, or continue using features after a usage threshold. Users agree to provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and promptly notify StatTrail of unauthorized account access.

Permitted Use

• Use StatTrail only for lawful personal, informational, or evaluation purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at high volume, reverse engineer, bypass security, or misuse the service.
• Do not use athlete, school, or user information for harassment, discrimination, spam, unlawful recruiting activity, or other harmful conduct.
• Do not submit false, misleading, infringing, or unlawful content or requests.

Favorites and Notifications

Favorite-player summaries and notifications are provided for convenience and may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or inaccurate. Users are responsible for managing notification preferences and should not rely on StatTrail as the only source for time-sensitive or official information.

Third-Party and Public Data

StatTrail may collect, organize, and display publicly available information from school, team, league, or provider websites. Third-party data, logos, names, and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Display of such information does not imply endorsement by StatTrail or endorsement of StatTrail by those third parties.

Corrections

StatTrail works to improve data quality, but public sports data may contain errors or change without notice. Users, athletes, schools, or authorized representatives may contact us to request review of inaccurate information.

Intellectual Property

StatTrail's software, design, branding, and original content are owned by StatTrail or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from StatTrail except as permitted by law or with written permission.

Disclaimers

StatTrail is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, complete, or accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StatTrail will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to StatTrail if a user violates these Terms, creates risk for the service, or uses the service in a harmful or unlawful way.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as StatTrail changes. Continued use after changes are posted means the user accepts the revised Terms.
